All beds are tempurpedic king(3) queen bed(1). Fresh linens/towels etc.
Very clean ....you will sleep like a baby and wake up like you were in your own bed! Our home has everything you need for a perfect getaway....

BRAND NEW AIR CONDITIONING JUST INSTALLED. ALL BATHROOMS FULLY RENOVATED RECENTLY. And NEW hardwood floors makes this home brand new and fresh feel.

Each Bedroom has its own full bathroom. Each room has queen or king sized bed.

Just bring your bathing suits/clothes....leave the rest up to us!! We leave everything here for you: coffee/tea, pantry items, paper towels, TP, etc...not your usual rental - you will feel like you are staying at your best friend's house!

A state of the art studio is attached -if you need an extra bedroom/space -totally separate and private -inquire for rates if needed.

Guest access

Full access (except for one room). Back yard, Large Back deck with chairs, fire pit, picnic table, heaters, Built in grill, sink etc. Driveway has a slope -Best to park on street and leave driveway for SUVs. (No garage parking).
Hot Tub, outdoor shower, second picnic table, corn hole game. Beach chairs, umbrella, tent - everything you need for the beach......bring your own book or borrow one of ours! Golf Cart or bike ride? Small back yard for pets .

Other things to note

A short walk away from Zuma Beach; but only 72 steps from our Front Door to Broad Beach - more private. We are not ON the beach, but a staircase away......If you love celebrities, just take a walk to Starbucks and you will see plenty....many live in our neighborhood.

Many other accesses to the beach as well ...all different beaches along Broad Beach Road. However, ours is more Private and limited access. Walk down steps or take golf cart ride to beach.

Maxfields, Madison, Planet Blue, Yoga, Cafe Habana, Nobu, Soho House, Luckys, Shopping at Cross Creek/Lumber Yard, Malibu Farm (at the pier), Sunlife, Malibu Seafood and more are a ten minute drive to Malibu Country Mart --a favorite place families to bring their kids and shop. A beautiful drive along PCH will take you there. Santa Barbara only 40 minutes away...
